Welcome to the Brent Cross Cricklewood website. The information contained here relates to the first phase of the regeneration scheme to create a new town centre for North London.
What’s happening now?
The Brent Cross Cricklewood Development Partners have submitted a Reserved Matters (RMA 1A North) application to Barnet Council for detailed works for the first phase of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration. The Council has conducted its own consultation and will be making a decision as to whether to grant planning permission in due course.
The first phase of the scheme will:
- Renew and revive Clitterhouse Playing Fields and Claremont Park creating two beautiful community parks, as well as creating the first phase of Brent Riverside Park.
- Make major improvements to local roads and junctions for the benefit of drivers, pedestrians and cyclists.
- Prepare the ground for a new town centre on either side of the North Circular, linked by a landmark new Living Bridge.
